The Zillinger family has been cultivating around 16 hectares of vines in the southern Weinviertel for 3 generations. The soil here is ideal for the finest and well-structured Grüner Veltliner in particular. But Pinot Blanc, Welschriesling and Zweigelt are also grown here. Pure yeast, enzymes and fining agents are not used in the cellar.
The winery has been a proud member of the respekt-BIODYN biodynamic winegrowers' group since 2016.
