Wine & Dine Nr. on 23rd November 2024

Three to four times a year, we present top German and international winemakers at the "Birke", who entertainingly talk about their approach, their philosophy, the quality of their wines and the peculiarities of the winegrowing of their estate. These events are moderated by our wine partner Jan Marxen from Marxen Wein from Kiel. Five German and five mostly foreign wines will be presented to you. These wines are accompanied by a special 5-course menu. Because a good wine goes with a good meal.

At arrival fingerfood and an aperitif is included.
