Yoga weekend
During the weekend you will practice Vinyasa in three sessions.
Our certified yoga teacher will guide you mindfully through the yoga classes in our bright, well-ventilated movement room, letting you feel your personal limits and motivating you to expand them individually.
The yoga classes are suitable for beginners as well as practiced yogis.
